We can't make ranking promises, but our content is well structured both in terms of visitor readability and on-page SEO, and assuming your website is set up correctly and has decent domain authority, our content should rank very well.

How are Chat GPT and other AI platforms affecting Google search?

A big shake-up in online search is already underway. We monitor how AI is affecting search every day, and so far we have observed that pages which rank well organically in Google, also tend to do well in AI search. We are keeping a close eye on the situation and will adapt our content accordingly.

Can you write about topics outside of renewables and EVs?

While most of my recent creative output has been focussed on renewable energy and electric transport, I can write about certain other sectors as well – feel free to ask.

Energy calculators need to do more than produce an attractive headline figure. They should show customers how their circumstances affect the result and explain where uncertainty remains.

The Infinity suite uses clear questions, visible assumptions and practical results. Where appropriate, the tools account for factors such as household consumption, available roof space, existing technology, fuel type, charging behaviour and suitable tariffs.

The aim is to help people understand their options rather than push every visitor towards the same answer.

Clear methods and maintainable data

The calculation methods draw on relevant UK industry approaches and public information. Examples include MCS solar tables, the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, current grants and maintained energy-tariff data.

Prices, grants, tariffs and policies change. The tools are structured so that time-sensitive information can be reviewed and updated rather than becoming fixed at the date of launch.

Designed for Infinity’s website

The calculators carry Infinity Energy Services’ branding and sit within its existing website. Although each tool answers a different question, customers encounter a familiar interface as they move between them.

This gives Infinity a connected collection rather than seven unrelated widgets. It also creates a clearer route from initial research to a more informed conversation with the company.
